Springfield Symphony Orchestra
A city this size is privileged to have an orchestra of this quality. For more than 75 years, the Springfield Symphony orchestra has mounted classical and pops concerts in ornate Symphony Hall.
The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle
The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle are the cultural heart of the region. Five museums feature history, science, art, decorative arts, and Dr. Seuss. Visit again and again to see an exhibition, take a class, or attend a lecture. Admission is free to Springfield residents!

South End shops offer a taste of Italia. Zonin's, Frigo's, Milano's, and Mom & Rico's markets specialize in Italian prepared foods and ingredients. LaFiorentina Bakery will amaze your eyes and taste buds!
The Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club
The Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club provides rowing access to the picturesque Connecticut River. Next door is Riverfront Park North and a 3.5-mile bikeway/walkway.
Springfield Thunderbirds
The AHL-affiliated Thunderbirds provide family-friendly fun and excitement from mid-October to April at the MassMutual Center. In 2022, the team won the Eastern Division championship!
The Farmer's Market at Forest Park
The Farmer's Market at Forest Park offers regionally grown vegetables, fruits, and food products weekly from late May through late October and then twice monthly.
The Drama Studio
The Drama Studio has been training young people in acting, singing, and movement for decades. It also produces plays of interest to youth and teens. Many of its students have gone on theatre careers.
